Questions
Do I need a consultation first?
Yes. Every new patient meets Dr Rey face to face first. It's a legal requirement for prescription treatments, and it's how she makes sure a treatment is right for you.
How much is the consultation?
£50, paid when you book. It comes off your treatment if you go ahead, on the day or later. A free online call is also available if you'd like to talk first.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Often, yes, if Dr Rey agrees it's suitable. There's never pressure to decide on the day.
What if I'm not happy afterwards?
Every injectable treatment includes a review at two weeks, and you can contact the clinic at any time if you have a concern.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please give 48 hours' notice to move or cancel. Missed appointments lose the deposit.
